This is an easy to understand rundown of some of what President Trump has declared in EO 14145 that nullifies former President Biden's executive actions.
It’d be great to date each of these items and keep the list going as he adds to it each day, this type of rundown will be a great reference guide as mainstream media sources make it difficult to navigate unbiased reporting on his orders. Great recap!
You have a bright future ahead. Hold on tight to being unbiased in writing on anything political. It’s extremely hard to weather the criticism that follows. Eventually it will come from all sides if you are doing it right. It’s critical for our country’s future!
I will, however, push back on the idea of being always unbiased in political writing. There is nothing wrong with advocacy or having a bias (my own stack's subtitle is "Passion and substance are not mutually exclusive"). The sin does not lie in being biased, it lies in being biased while pretending you are not.
Again, good work on this and good luck for the future.
Excellent work, Zach! I really appreciate this list and summary - it's incredibly helpful. I see some of the comments regarding unbiased reporting, and wanted to add my own thoughts. Always stick to the facts, as you do here! Remember that speaking the truth when it comes to facts is just that - truth. And always remember the journalism maxim: if one person says it's raining and another person says it isn't, your job is to look out the windows and find out which is true. 😊
Thank you much for your advice- the “if one person says it's raining and another person says it isn't, your job is to look out the windows and find out which isn’t” is a very helpful quote.
Thank you for writing this Zach! I think writing during this time, especially political writing, will be more crucial then ever. I still feel new to writing, and to Substack, but I like the importance of being unbiased, it’s needed and so are the facts. Though it’s also important to have bias in some parts as it keeps the writing interesting and alive imo. People will always love or hate what’s created in this world but you can’t always control their reactions. Regardless, keep on writing, you’re already doing so much more than others so don’t stop !

Excellent job! It was good to see them categorized and listed in one location.
Is that all of them? Great list, thanks!
It is only some of them, however a lot of the ones I didn’t include were very similar to the ones that I did include.
